Here you can read information about the practicalities surrounding the event.
Location and Accomodation
The LARP takes place in Epos Epoke’s locales on Enghavevej 80C-82C, 2450 København Sv. It is possible to take the S-train from Copenhagen Central Station to Carlsberg Station and then walk to the location.
It is not possible to park your car at the location, so if you plan on arriving in one you will have to find a spot for parking somewhere else in Copenhagen. We do not refund money spent on parking.
We provide locales for sleeping at the location but we do NOT provide neither beds, mattresses or bed sheets.
We advise all participants to bring everything they need for sleeping themselves, or alternatively find other locations nearby such as a hotel room or a friend’s sofa.
Note: also that there are no showers on location.
Food and Bar
During the weekend multiple meals will be served.
All food and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the base ticket.
We will have a collective meal Friday evening, following the workshops.
Breakfast will be served Saturday morning before the LARP. While we are in-game throughout Saturday a variety of dishes will be available at the bar, so that players can dine in-game and at their own pace. This is meant to cover both lunch and dinner for Saturday.
Mocktails will always be available at the bar while we are in-game.
Saturday night at the after-party alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Note that these are NOT included in the base price of the ticket.
Sunday morning breakfast will be provided for players still on location.
Pricing
To attend this LARP you must buy a ticket. Link for payment will be sent to those who have been successfully cast at the end of the sign up process.
Payment will start on the 3rd of April and on the 10th of April. After the 10th the right of withdrawal also ends.

Refunding travel cost
We refund money spent on “Green Travel” within Denmark. By that we mean money spent on public transport, excluding planes. We also refund money spent on car travel if more than one attendee travel with the car. Application for refunding of money are to be sent to Epos Epoke with the following formula, along with receipts or other proof of travel costs.
Refundation Formular
The upper limit for how much we refund depends on the longest journey spent to- or from the LARP.
100 DKK pr. Danish region you travel through.
- Hovedstaden: 100 DKK
- Sjælland: 200 DKK
- Syddanmark: 300 DKK
- Midtjylland: 400 DKK
- Nordjylland: 500 DKK
If you are travelling from a Danish island not connected to the mainland by road, or you are travelling from abroad: please contact the organizers at organizers@redgalla.dk for information on whether you can get a raised refundation sum.
Safety Host, Off-Game Area and GM-bunker
During the LARP there will be a ‘Safety Host’, whom you can turn to should any offgame problems arise.
There will be an “Offgame Area” freely accessible at all times, where you can go if you need a break from the LARP.
There will also be a GM-bunker, where there will always be at least one organizer seated.
Substance Policies
ALCOHOL POLICY
We expect all players to be sober from Friday evening up until the after-party taking place Saturday post-LARP. You are allowed bring your own booze, but it is only to be consumed at the after-party. We expect all players to drink responsibly.
DRUG POLICY
Consumption and possession of drugs not legal in Denmark is strictly prohibited and not allowed at the event.
NICOTINE POLICY
Smoking and vaping is prohibited indoors. You will have to go outside. Other products like nicotine-pouches (Velo, ZYN, etc.) are allowed, provided they are disposed of and not littered on the grounds.
Photo Policy
There will be a photographer to take pictures of the LARP. These photos will be available for public viewing after the event.
If you do not want to be photographed, please inform the photographer or an organizer before, during or after the game.
